Set in turn-of-the century New York, Newsies is the rousing tale of Jack Kelly, a charismatic newsboy and leader of a band of teenaged "newsies." When titans of publishing raise prices at the newsboys’ expense, Jack rallies newsies from across the city to strike against unfair conditions! Newsies tells the inspiring story of a band of underdogs who become unlikely heroes when they stand up for what’s right and create the change they want to see in the world.  Inspired by a true story, Newsies is packed with non-stop thrills and a timeless message, perfect for the whole family and every audience!  Directed by Beth Edmondson with vocal direction by Holly Atkinson.
