VEHICLES AND FREESTANDING GENERAL ENTRIES (NOT USING A BASEPLATE) ARE LIMITED TO 8 STUDS WIDE.

Disclaimer: By checking the box, the Entrant and/or Parent/Legal Guardian is agreeing to all terms listed on this sheet. The Entrant and/or Parent/Legal Guardian will not hold Portage Center for the Arts, Inc. staff, faculty, directors or volunteers responsible for damage or loss resulting from participation in this program. Consent is hereby given for the Entrant to participate in authorized Portage Center for the Arts exhibits and contests without compensation. Consent is also given for full and unrestricted use of Entrant's full name, image and/or voice, and exhibit entry without compensation, in photographs, videos, printed materials such as newspapers, magazines, brochures, catalogs, websites, and the like, created for Portage Center for the Arts promotions or publicity. Prize winners will be selected from all eligible entries received and notified by April 29, 2023. Selected winners will be notified by PCA via telephone, mail or the email address supplied during entry at PCA's sole discretion. PCA's decisions are based on its sole discretion and interpretation of these official rules, and are final and binding in all respects. If a potential winner does not respond to the prize notification within ten (10) business days from the first notification attempt, then such entrant will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected. If said alternate winner does not respond, the prize category will be considered void. This Agreement may not be modified orally; it may only be modified in writing and signed by both parties. By checking the box below the Entrant and/or Parent/Legal Guardian agrees that all information above is correct and agrees to any and all terms listed.
