Secondly, thank you for your patience and understanding these last few months as we've navigated a new season of uncertainty, postponements/ cancellations, and creative challenges! Finally, we wanted to provide you with some updates and options regarding cancelled events from earlier this year.
Our reopening committee met over the summer, and has recommended to the PCA Board that we suspend public events, including our concert series, through May 2021 based on state and federal health and safety guidelines, as well as simple economics related to reduced seating capacity/social distancing. So, while we had hoped to reschedule our March 2020 Wilder Deitz concert and our April 2020 Waunakee Big Band concert, and move ahead with our 2020-21 concert season, we have made the difficult, but correct decision to officially cancel these events. What does this mean for you?
1. While both events have been cancelled, you can choose to donate the value of your event tickets to benefit PCA. If you choose this option, no additional action is needed on your part, and we thank you!
2. If you would prefer to receive a refund for one or both events, simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or leave a message at 608-742-5655, state your name, that you are requesting a refund, and indicate the show you had received tickets for as well as the seat number(s).
3. Alternatively, in lieu of a refund, we can provide you comp(s) to future events that you can use for yourself or share with a friend. Again, please email us at email@example.com or leave a message at 608-742-5655, state your name, that you are requesting comp(s), and indicate the show you had received tickets for as well as the seat number(s).
We also wanted to update you that the March 2020 Family Series Event, The Hillbilly Science Spectacular, rescheduled for Saturday, Dec 12 at 3pm, has been postponed again. A new date has not yet been set. If you purchased individual tickets for this event, please also select one of the options listed above.
We thank you in advance for your patience, as staff are working both in office and remotely at this time. We will respond to your requests as soon as we can! We are currently holding regular office and gallery hours, Wed-Fri from 1-5pm only. Face coverings and capacity limits apply.
