Ann Conway, Executive Director

Hired in September, 2006, Ann brings extensive experience in working with non-profit organizations, community service and communication.  
 
In addition to forming her own company, Conway Communications, which offered direct-mail advertising and also layout, design and printing of newsletters, posters, flyers, etc. Ann most recently was employed as the Community Relations Coordinator for an area dentist.  Working mainly with schools and libraries to bring oral health education to instructors and students, the excellence of the program was recognized at the state level by the Wisconsin Dental Association.
 
Ann’s secretarial college background also includes a wealth of courses and workshops on topics ranging from newsletter design to public relations and communication to marketing and most recently grant writing.
 
A very active volunteer Ann has held numerous positions some of which include, Chairman of the Finance Commission and President of the Parish Council at St. Mary’s Church, Pardeeville, Wisconsin, President and many chairmanships of Chippewa Elementary School PTA (she was recognized by the State of Ohio PTA for outstanding service), founding member and secretary of the Bettendorf, Iowa Task Force on Adolescent Alcohol and Chemical Abuse in conjunction with the Bettendorf Schools and founding member and longtime newsletter editor of the Pardeeville Garden Club which has grown to be if not the largest garden club in Wisconsin, one of the top five!
 
Ann is currently serving as the Vice President of  the Pardeeville Area Business Association.
